We typically perform checks and services on a weekly basis, but the frequency can be adjusted depending on your preferences and needs. If you need more frequent visits or specific services, we can customize a schedule that works for you.
Our Interior Package includes routine inspections of key areas inside your home, climate control checks, mail and package collection, light rotation to create the illusion of occupancy, plant care, checking for water damage/leaks, running the faucets, flushing the toilets, and window/door checks to ensure security. This package focuses on keeping the inside of your home safe, secure, and well-maintained while you're away.
The Exterior Package covers regular inspections of the outside of your home, lawn and garden care, pool and spa maintenance, irrigation system checks, gutter cleaning, and trash/recycling handling. This package helps protect your property from environmental wear and tear, keeping it looking great and secure.
We provide detailed reports after each visit, so you can be sure that your property is being properly cared for. You’ll receive updates on the services we’ve provided and any issues that need attention. Our team takes pride in being thorough and transparent with our clients.
